Snow Burgers (pics)

[Smoke on Badger Mountain]

It was a beautiful sight to come back home after Christmas with the folks to see a fresh four inches of snow on the ground. But I had a powerful need for some homemade burgers though. So out into the snow we went.

Made up some home ground chuck. And mixed in all my usual suspects. BBQ sauce, granulated garlic, granulated onion, cayenne pepper, black pepper and kosher salt. Cooked them on the 22" kettle over some mesquite lump.

I for got to cover my camp stove before we left town so I lit the gas on top of the snow and let it melt down then started my chimney.

















Nothing special. Just some burgers, but felt like posting tonight.
