Already had a turkey breast on the smoker today...trying out a new recipe for Thanksgiving. But, I found a pretty good deal on boneless pork butt at Aldi so made Lithuanian sausage (just like mom used to make) also for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas?

Can't get the pic upright....on my iPad...grrrrr.

No.... Not smoked.... Simmer it in water for 45 mins or so and then can be finished in the oven just for a little bit of browning.

Similar to fresh Polish.... Different spices...and I'm Lithuanian so it is blessed by me! Haha!
