somebody shut me the fark up.
Pot luck type of thing. Word got around that I was doing the q and and the number quickly went up to about 90 people.:shocked: I've taken some q in before but this is the biggest cook for work by far. Glad the other 150 or so are going to be out in the field. :becky:
On the menu:
2 8lb pork butts
6 racks of STL ribs
6 rack of BB
10 lbs of drumsticks
10 lbs of thighs
5 lbs of sausage
Prepped the LSG in the afternoon to start at 2am. Locked and loaded.
Butts on at 2am as planned
Made a variety of sauces and packed those up in the mean time
These will go on soon
