• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Now let see if we can get this right...... Going on the grill today is a small brisket flat, 3 baby backs, wings and thighs (love a nice hot thigh), and a couple nice large butts. I usually like my butts medium to smal but for today large will due.

Pick was at startup. RO Lump, Pecan, cherry, when the pork n chix go on we will add some Wisconsin Hickory........

Hoping so.... I think I have the fire management issues solved.... Thanks to people on here.

Normally I like my butts small and flavorful..... But in this case big and juicy takes the cake... Lol.....
Switching to hickory and cherry instead of pecan and cherry..... Rock on....
