• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I am having a catering rig built as we speak and I need some guidance as to how tall the smoker cylinder should be on the rig. For instance the measurement is 72 x ? x 24. I am concerned about the last number only and forgot the middle number for the measurement (this is suppose to be a two shelf unit).

Does this seem about right or should I look for a taller cylinder?

Did I confuse folks? Need more details, etc

Or by "cylinder", are you referring to the top to bottom height on the cooking chamber ?

If it is a circle, the 24" width (depth of chamber front to back) would have to be the same as the height if it is a perfect circle. The bottom grate would then be in the middle at 12".

Cylinder was just a lack of a better word. I am talking old propane tank.
