I wanted to see how insulated my smoker was...so I took a couple of shovels of snow and put it on top of it today before I started her up. Been cooking now for about 90 minutes and the snow is still there!
Was 15* last night, she took about 30 min to come up to temp and rockin steady at 225-250 today at 34* outside (current temp).
Needless to say, very pleased :becky:
