Anyone ever try scotch eggs in the smoker? Ty's armadillo eggs got me to thinking that they might be worth trying.

xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Yup, I've done them as well.
They come out well, chilli (powder in the rub) and egg's are clasic combo

I tried a different version that didn't work... but I don't like hard boiled eggs. 
I did roll what I did in panko breadcrumbs... makes a nice, kind of crunchy exterior (think egg shell for your scotch eggs).
