• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Rubbed with sweet heat and smoked this loin with a little hickory, apple, and pecan until 120 internal temp was reached. Pulled to rest and raised the temp to 550 on the BGE. Grilled until 160 and then rested in butter foil wrap. Have really been enjoying this way of cooking a tenderloin lately.

I've never been much of a fan of smoked pork loin but that one is quite possibly the best looking loin I've ever seen. Very much hittable.
 
Looks moist and tender, love the color too. Very nice!
 
Pork cooking temps have changed. Looks good but change it up and pull at 145.
