Rubbed with sweet heat and smoked this loin with a little hickory, apple, and pecan until 120 internal temp was reached. Pulled to rest and raised the temp to 550 on the BGE. Grilled until 160 and then rested in butter foil wrap. Have really been enjoying this way of cooking a tenderloin lately.
