Smoked Meatloaf on the Vision Kamado Pr0n

Mixed up a little meatloaf tonight and put on the Kamado to smoke for a while.



Then I ate it for dinner and entered a Throwdown for dessert. Her is the final judging photo.

Great looking meatloaf and money shot.

Good Looking Meatloaf. I love em. I like to put Meatloaf in a 9" pan and glaze it with a thin BBQ sauce.
Meatloaf on a smoker is fantastic. It's easy to get a 3/8" smoke ring which adds to the look.
Using the throw away pans helps too.
