I'm gonna fire up the UDS on days off and smoke a pork shoulder roast. I figured while I have it cooking I may as well do two or three if I have room and freeze a couple for a day when I can just pop them in the oven and re heat them. Is this a good idea or are they not as tasty after being reheated. Should I freeze them with all the drippings to.
