• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

The regular Clam Chowder is great but the extra smoked flavor from smoking the clams make it soooo much better!

I was wondering what the boat full of creamy goodness was in your smoked oyster thread that you served to your friends. Now I know. :icon_smile_tongue:
Can I be your friend? :biggrin1:

If we ever get winter (still in the mid/high 80's here) I'm so ripping this off:thumb:

Anything in there other than milk and cream to thicken it up? That looks and sounds amazing!

That looks outstanding! I'm sitting in the middle of an ice storm here and a big ol' bowl of that would hit the spot!:clap:

A little corn starch. Just enough to thicken.

We use heavy cream instead of milk so it starts out pretty thick
