• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Deinetley got some nice thighs there, if you wouldn't mind share the rub it would be appreciated.

I don't know what you guys are talking about tose thighs don't look good at all

those babies look great :-P:razz::razz:

Rub i used is an all purpose rub from the book Ultimate BBQ by Southern Living.
3/4 cup of paprika
1/2 cup of turbinado sugar
1/4 cup of seasond salt
1/4 cup coares blk pep
2 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp chipotle powder

Lol. This was yesterday's cook. But i am smoking pork tenderloin right now. If you own a jet come on down to good ole loxahatchee Fl. :grin:

Great color on those thighs. Looks delicious!

My personal favorite is cold smoked whole chicken, then into the showtime @ 15 min/lb. Say what you will about an electric rotisserie but my showtime produces one of the juiciest chickens ive ever had.

I'd rather go to Bellmeade can you deliver?? iI's just a little down 98:wink:
