Hey every one! I joined the site about a few weeks ago, but haven't really had a chance to explore until now. Awesome site!! It's great to see everyone's different tricks and ideas.

I have been BBQ'ing & grilling for many years, but I have only been in two competitions so far. The first, was Grill Kings 03, where I won second place for Sauce & third place for wings. The second year, I didn't place well at all (even though I thought it was some of the best BBQ I have ever turner out).

I'm looking forward to all of the upcoming events!
