• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Smoke EZ/Cajun Bandit

I have the "CAJUN BANDIT" which is similar, I think the "SMOKE EZ" is a couple of inches taller. I've only cooked ribs so far & they were killer. I made a cooker out of my Weber 22.5" grill modeled after the principles of a pig cooker a friend has made out of an oil tank. I put a round cast iron burner in the bottom after taking the damper flaps off. Over the burner I have 5 heavy gage stainless steel flavor bars. Maintaining heat is a cinch, it only varies at all with the outside temp. The "CAJUN BANDIT" stacker gets my meat the proper heigth, & between the flavor bars, & an "AMAZE-N SMOKER TUBE" with hickory pellets, the meat tastes great.
 
I have heard countless positive things about the Cajun bandit stuff...don't own any of it myself but I know if I was going to get an extenstion for my 18.5 WSM, it will be from the bandit!
