• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I'll bite what is it?
Smoke generator for cold smoking. Coffee can was just handy to show concentration. Thinking of making a mount for the ceramic cooker I have and smoke some cheese. Gotta get tips on type of cheese, pellets, time.

Wow, i´ve been working on a cold smoke generator myself last night.
Wonder how yours will work, heres mine (still lots of things to improve).

I have a small aquarium air pump that blows 0,5 Liter/minute at a constant rate

Then theres a Stainless Steel Container out of a gas pressure station. (okay, its not that easy to get your hands on one of those).
It holds 1,5 to 2 Liters of chips, wood pellets or sawdust and can be opened from both sides.

Added a couple of tubes and made a first test run, igniting the wood with a gas burner

First smoke after 10 seconds, there was a lot more after a minute and it came in a constant flow
