I'm trying out my new Smokai cold smoking generator with my Shirley. Smoking 30 lbs of pork belly on a cold rainy day.

Thanks. It ended up producing way too much smoke - ended up hot smoking the bacon because I was afraid it was going to be bitter.

All is well - ended up okay. I'm going to have to experiment with this cold smoking generator to get things dialed in.
