Just what the title said. One of my favorite things to grill. Chicken directly over the coals until done, then off to rest while I put the SnS griddle full of veggies over the coals. After five minutes I add the sliced chicken on top of the veggies, keeping everything hot while I slice the avocados. My favorite fajitas!
