Very nice. Wonder if it would work well with Tuna? I'm just asking because I happen to have that in the fridge right now.... Thoughts?
 
Grilled salmon is the bomb! Nice glaze!
For smoking, I really like Costco's farm raised as it's the only salmon I find "skin off". Grilling will not be a problem as the skin down chars and peels off. But for smoking, I dont want the slimey skin messing with my flavor profile so I find it works great
