Nice bones! OT but how do you like that grill? Wally world has them at a buck fiddy right now and I need to replace my weber.

This is a Char Broil Kamander that was discontinued a cpl years Ago. I love it but some parts have rusted out faster than I expected - but I do leave it in the driveway Year round. I wish I could get parts for it……..
 
Meh....... I let the shallow water pan/diverter run Dry and temps shot up - Overcooked. Also wrapped in butcher paper instead of foil at 2 hour mark - paper was soaked and think it lifted rub and flavor (foamy pig juices) off the ribs - they kinda plain tasting.........
