Simply Marvelous Tri-Tip in The Land of The Rub Co.

My buddy Steph from Simply Marvelous hooked me up with a bottle of his Sweet & Spicy rub at a competition a couple weeks back. This thing has been starring me down for weeks so I figured it was time to put it to the test on some tri-tip. I don't typically use this type of rub on tri-tip but im sure glad I did because it was good as hell!!! I would like to think I know a good rub when I taste one and I definitely tasted one so way to go Steph, you got a winner.:thumb:
