Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy Pork

Doing a freezer dump. I had about 56lbs. of raw pork shoulder/butts in the deep freezer from last summer, Vac Sucked of course.
I needed to make room and wanted to make some Pulled Pork for my Sous Chef and family who just had a baby girl, Mollie Jane on Friday, March 26th.

So in honor of Mollie Jane this smoke is for you!

I will update after pulling these beauties!
