is One Chatty Farker
The wife and I have been following the Weight Watchers program since the beginning of 2018 and have come across a great recipe.
Weight Watchers Bagels.
Only this time, we made a half recipe and made pizza dough out of it. It turned out fairly well.
Get the dough ready and into the oven to cook for about 20ish minutes. Forgot to take a pic of the dough process, but you need to add enough flour to allow you to roll it out without too much sticking.
Slather on the pesto sauce.
Add on some garlic fried shrimp.
Add shredded mozzarella and asiago cheese blend.
Get it into the oven under the broiler to melt and crisp up the cheese.
Slice and serve.
