Shrimp boats on the 26" Weber

Inspired by Harry Soo. Clean, devein the shrimp then hit them with your fav rub. Grill hot (get a little char) then cut up and mix with an aioli/mayo mixed with garlic, curry, lemon. Put in an Endive shell and top with a little splash of sesame oil. Really tasty....
