Thanks Ron. Big week coming up turkeys to fry and smoke more ribs to do for customer. I just hope it all comes together.

I haven't done but one fatty. The doc says I am fatty enough. My son does fatties with cream cheese in the center and they are great. It's ok to sneak one once in a while.
