I want to express my gratitude to Tanya and Marty for the below package I rec'd for winning the Tortillas TD. They're not only gracious to have a package available for the TD winners but they also give you the option for store credit to create your own. This is the Jumbo Joe Vortex package I put together for me and decided on the customary wing cook as so many do when they receive the Vortex.

Thunderdome BBQ wings. Followed the exact recipe

A small chunk of pecan in the middle

Closed the lid with 90* turn every 15 mins as instructed

In the meantime, fries

To me there is nothing better than fries seasoned with Lawry's :clap2::clap2:

It's a "Mini" and Jumbo Joe specific because S/M/L won't fit the JJ. Only thing mini about it is the name as it's slightly shorter than a Small. The Large is for 26 and 22 Webers and XL sized kamados it seems like.
