somebody shut me the fark up.
So, the wife had been mentioning wanting to make Shish Kabobs for a couple days or so, and we planned on doing them last night, so she went and bought all the ingredients. I had worked all day, and then had yard work to do out in the 97* that felt like 103* temps thanks to the 70% humidity. She prepped all the ingredients while I went out and died. Came in after 8 pm, cooled off, then showered, and got the gasser set up.
I didn't know we were having guests??? There has to be guests with as much food as she prepped.
We like to just grill the veggies. Easier then fighting to keep them on skewers and they cook at different times. Mushrooms, Red Bell Peppers...
Onions and Zucchini's...
Bacon Wrapped Scallops and Peel-on Shrimp...
And Ribeye...
Seafood done...
Steak done...
My plate. There's a little rice done there somewhere...
