• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well, since I was farking around with the WSM all damn day, I finally seasonned the new pot from Al with peanut oil at 375-400 for 2 hours.

So gentlemen, start posting your bean and chile recipes in the recipe section, so I got something to go with for Thanksgiving

They make a great Yankee Pot Roast when you are camping. One pot and you have meat, potatos, carrots. onions, and other veggies. In the morning you can turn the lid over and make buckwheat cakes (a-la-Hemmingway) that you can munch on all day while fishing. And don't get me started on all the cobblers. Gawd, we should have gone to the lake this weekend.

I'm still waitin for them cobblers from Brian and David....

I ate the blueberries.. and the cherry is still here.

Per Bill's request I just uploade a dutch oven cookbook under recipe section

All them blueberries would give me heart burn from hell.

Cooked our last cobbler last week. Averaged 1 to 2 times per week for the last 2 months, blackberries finally going away. The kids are thankful.

I'm usually notified if there are awaiting links. I just checked and theres nothing in the Queue. Did you put them in the links section?

Just so everyone knows, if it were possible to turn off this approval BS for links, files and recipes.. i would, but its built inot the software as a spam preventer and theres no options to shut it.

Nope; it aint there. I don't know what happened to my upload. But if you think that the dutch oven cookbooks a good enough to be uploaded then I can try again. check the links provided in my previous post and let me know what you think.

I looked as well and didn't see it. Did see one recipe but could not figure out how to approve or even if it's required.

try both links, they're different books

Sorry, found the links. I approved them...

I've been meaning to post a note about this. When you guys post stuff tht i have to approve, let me know so i go look for it. Brian(brd195), Bill(wilkat98), John(john) and David(david) also have approval access. So a note to any of us will do.

I tried to approve yesterday, but couldn't find it. Then I found Aunt Fay's recipe and could not release it.

I uploaded both files as PDF under Mark's name. So go get them Tonto.

Thanks Brian.
