Search for BBQ knowledge!!

[Smokin' Gnome BBQ]

Probably been beaten like an over cooked brisket..but... are there any good guides to BBQ Smoking any one has found. Mostly I find stuff that is more gormet then bbq like,grilled feta cheese stuffed leaks with choa chao sauce. I am looking for a book or mag that really is about BBQ.

This site has tons of great info, I use the search to research various topics all the time.

Smoke and Spice is the classic print for this type of stuff.

I would go with Dr BBQ books I have three of his and they are all about Que. I actually prefer them to any other grilling or bbq books that I own such as the bbq bible.

Paul Kirks book Championship BBQ is a good read.
