somebody shut me the fark up.
Heading to golf course, I'm cooking my own feast in a Crockpot while I play. Happy Father's Day.
Up at 0430 drinking coffee
Bride: "what are you cooking for yourself for Father's Day?"
Me: "either gumbo or roast, not going to grill, bought some really cool colored potatoes I want to try"
My cook today. Sunrise Chuck roast hit with a couple hours pecan smoke. Then into the Crock Pot with garlic, onion, green chile, carrots and fingerling potato medley-- add a packet of Liptons onion soup mix. Brown gravy.
