Finally scored a Weber performer grill that was leftover form the season at the local Walmart for $20. Think I might use it tomorrow to indirect smoke a 10lb shoulder, any pros or cons to doing this?
EDIT: Sorry guys, just realized I posted the wrong model, its a Weber One touch silver 22.5". Guess I have a performer still on the brain.
