School bus conversion

I know that this may seem odd but, has anyone thought of converting a old school bus to a competition bbq bus. I've seen a bus converted to a toy hauler, so the wheels started spinning in my head and I'm thinking maybe a covered porch on rear, a kitchen area and even a small sleeping area.
So how crazy does this seem to be?

Not crazy, but a lot of work! Shad Kirton (BBQ Pitmasters champ and pitmaster of A Boy and His BBQ competition team) had the famous Pink Pig Bus for years. He recently sold it.
