The Sayville Chamber of Commerce and the BBQ organizers are happy to announce that the 2008 Sayville Fall Festival will host the

2nd Annual Battle of the BBQ Brethren.

Registration and other information will be coming soon.

We had terrific feedback from the Chamber last night. Very happy, no serious complaints (public, neighbors or competitors), just a few points to refine next year.

Their goal is to make it an even better event and bigger draw next year. More things for the public, competitors, better layout, facilities, process, advertising, media coverage, etc.

They conservatively estimate a total of 25,000 visitors to the town over the weekend! Sponsors beware!!
