BBQ Bacon
is One Chatty Farker
As the name implies, it was time to get busy over the fire. After curing the bacon for a week, I took a brethren's advice and sliced off some and fried to check taste. So what better way than to do it for a throwdown as well.
Get the bacon and sausage frying over the fire.
Remove the sausage so it doesn't over cook and continue frying bacon to crispness.
Sausage back in to heat up and add the eggs.
Toast the home made sourdough English muffins and assemble.
