Sausage Hook Door Mod

Midnight giving away his sausage hooks got me looking.

"Didn't Richie do a door shelf mod with his hooks?"

Looked for a few days here, searching, reading all kinds of threads, nothing.

Then I found. Its on our old Yahoo site.

Check out this pretty ingenious series of photos of a pretty neat mod.

Richie has to go no further than the door to plop the shelf onto, for saucing, serving, take up, etc. Pretty neat rbinms33.

The door mod is on the home page. Click on mods. then scroll down to sausage hood door mod. I am adding to my smoker this weekend, wish I was that damn smart!

No sweat, ask away when you're ready. We have alot of guys here who make and sell there stuff and others that can lead you in the right direction for recipes and uses of rubs. Don't sweat it too much though. Best advice I ever got from one of the Brethren here was to work on cooking first then worry about Rubs. Just find something you like and use it.
