Sauces Rubs & Marinades

I just got a copy of Steven Raichlen's book
"Sausces Rubs and Marinades" for $2.99 at a closeout store by my office. I couldn't go wrong for that price.

Has anybody used it and if so what do you think is worth trying?

Three bucks?? WHOA! I bought that for my dad a year or so ago and asked for it from my wife at Christmas last year, and they didn't have any!

Probably discounted because they misspelled "Sauces" in the title. I'll have to check it out.

I picked up a used copy off of Amazon a couple of months ago... but I didn't get it that cheap!!!

I think you will enjoy it. I think he does a good job of explaining the way to "build" a sauce, rub, or marinade.
