Dizzy Pig Raging River rub on the salmon. I soaked the planks for a few hours in water and toasted them on one side for about a minute before putting the salmon on with oil on the meat side. Cooked raised direct for 14 minutes at 400 on my BGE.
The smell of the cedar and salmon was intoxicating while it cooked. :grin:
