Seasoned with Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning, butter. and lemon

Egg up to 400* Pam for the fish grid, Sierra Nevada Ale for me.

On for 4-min. then turn.

Off @ 9-min. total.

Looks great and healthy.

Served with salad and caesar dressing. Delicious and salmon is not one of my favorites.:clap2:
