• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

These 16/18 gulf shrimp were marinated for 20 minutes in walnut oil, sesame oil, a liberal shake (or two) of our new Saigon 21 and a squeeze of fresh lime.

Grilled on my Weber Grills 26 on a wide skewer over a hardwood lump charcoal fire until just crispy around the edges.

This was my lunch today.. They were absolutely 💯 FANTASTIC!!

Looks great! I missed the free trial round of Saigon 21, so I’m looking forward to picking some up when it drops.

He posted a link to discounted prototypes before the next round. I figured I still had just enough to hold me over-but had a few friends that used it as an excuse to stock up and get the latest and greatest.

I’ll be honest, I’m not a huge fan of pre-packaged rubs, I just like making my own. But I did buy one of the “trial” packs of the Saigon 21 to try and it isn’t something that I would be able to do on my own.

Damn it is good, we put a very light dusting on a hanger steak with some salt and of course the duck fat spray, it is potent and a little dab will do you.

Now you have me thinking about shrimp, looks great and thanks!
