• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

We had our annual company pinic this weekend.I've been cooking it for the past 4yrs. Cooked 18 butts,10 briskets, all the fixens, and dessert. Decided to put the butts on the pit plain with no rub(just for a change) and did the brisket with the regular rub down. MAN!!! :o ... was the pork good.I had almost forgotten the pure taste of smoked pork.I guess you get so caught up in adding new flavors you forget what the basics taste like.

Willy doesn't like his pork rubbed.

Pass it on.

But seriously, that's something we all should probably do from time to time to 'reset' our taste buds.
That took balls, Willy.
Oops, sorry Dustin!
