We had our annual company pinic this weekend.I've been cooking it for the past 4yrs. Cooked 18 butts,10 briskets,all the fixens,and dessert. Decided to put the butts on the pit plain with no rub(just for a change) and did the brisket with the regular rub down. MAN!!!
... was the pork good.I had almost forgotten the pure taste of smoked pork.I guess you get so caught up in adding new flavors you forget what the basics taste like.
