chad
somebody shut me the fark up.
OK guys. I'm breaking in my new gas grill's IR burner/rotisserie setup today.
I usually allow 1.25 to 2 hours for an indirectly cooked chicken (like beer can) -- how long for a rotisserie chicken using the IR burner??
I'm planning on using just the IR after getting the chamber heated up and putting a foild pan underneath the chicken to catch the fat -- hey, it's a new grill and I don't need chicken grease all over the burners
Inquiring minds want to know!!
