Lookin for a fairly substantial nutritious and fairly quick week night meal.

LOL, I NEVER use a recipe for soups...just throw it together. So here we go!

I used northern, garbanzo and lima beans plus lots of veggies, potatoes and rotisserie'd the beef sausage. Sure I could have grilled the sausage but it's more fun to watch it spin! :heh: :biggrin1:

Can soup be BBQ? Eh, probably not but it's still nice getting some smoke stirred into it like campfire stew. Definitely is some much needed fiber. :becky:

Great looking soup Keith. I like the way the sausages "blew up" a little. I bet it put your hungry to bed!

What type of beef sausages are they mate? I make them because I can't buy them here, but it's an Aussie recipe, so it's more than likely different.

Yea I love when the sides start to split open and the goodness inside starts leaking out!

It was hearty for sure and didn't go to bed hungry. lol

Matt it was an "Eckrich" type beef rope sausage but a little better I think more like Hilshire Farm's.
