Trimmed down a couple of racks of spare ribs





My daughter already plowed through most of the trimmings, and the ribs are almost ready to come out of the foil. Unfortunately, been to busy chit-chatting to get any more pics for the moment - Will have to get some of the finished ribs
 




First time I've ever used the foil trick on a cook. I will definitely do it again. Ribs were looking a little dry, but no pull back from the bones. Foiled for about 2 hours, as suggested. Bones pokin' out and plenty moist
