Ribs on the new grill

For my first cook on my new Camp Chef pellet grill I did a rack of ribs and piece of tuna for my wife. I was real happy with the results. Think I will really like having a pellet grill to the addition.

They are pickled eggs. I love them.

My mom makes them for me. They are easy to make but for some reason hers seem much better then mine. So she just makes them for me for any family gathering.
