xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Good memory! The lang as you know is an easy cooker to manage. It didnt take very long to figure out how to keeps temps steady.

I like my lang. I just wish If I loaded it up with ribs that all would cook the same. some are more tender than others. If I load my smoker with bacon some would be burnt and some would be just right. I did pork belly and some were perfect and some were over cooked.
