• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I decided to try some babyback ribs for a change... they were good, but I prefer spares still. I just hadn't had them in over 2 years!.

Damn Curt them ribs look NICE what kinda rub did you put on them, I thinking I'm gonna go with just salt,pepper,sugar and paparika..
 
Mark, I use a simple rub on ribs... paprika, turbinado sugar, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, ancho, chipotle... then add some sugar and honey in foil, with a touch of chili powder. Then I sauce them very lightly at the end, about 15 minutes before taking them off the smoker.
