Looking to cook ribs for 90 people for company Christmas party. How many St. Louis Style racks would the brethren go with. Right now i'm thinking 30. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

we will be cooking on 2 Meadowcreek pig roasters. Thanks guys for all the input..
Thanks, never thought about ribs per person, but 3.5 sounds good considering side dishes.

I would personally cook less unless ribs is the primary protein. I have found most of the time I cook too many when people grab 1 or 2 at events.
