• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Ok this is my weakest link in all my smoking. Does anyone have some tips for trimming these bad boys. I get frustrated with it and end up with ribs that look ok but I know they can be better. Any pictures or tips on how to trim spare or babyback ribs would be appreciated. Thanks

I bow to the greatness...

...of your ribs.

I also had problems trimmin' my ribs until this weekend. I looked at a bunch o' pics and took my time and as you can see in another thread, they came out all right.

After surfin' around here for awhile I learn that I have a lot more to learn. I'm just keepin' my fingers crossed for my cook this Saturday...it's for my wife's boss and 25 of his closest friends and employees.

Did I mention I'm cooking for a bunch of Attorneys?
