• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hey guys! I'm doing a cook on Labor Day weekend and plan on cooking 8 to 10 racks of ribs on the Ranch Kettle. Any recommendations on good rib racks?

Great! Thanks guys. The Mak looks nice but may be too big. Probably try the Brinkmann out since I need to buy two.

I've seen people recommend these, with the bumpers removed.

I have something very similar to those Brinkman's posted above. And I've done 7 or 8 racks on one level of my UDS. You should have about a half acre left on your Ranch kettle...

Appreciate all of the replies, thank you. Anyone know the part# of the Brinkmann racks?

Google says this.

Stand two or three racks of ribs up on end and stick a bamboo skewer through each end to hold them up. At the end of the cook, pull them out and throw them away. You have easier clean up and skewers are cheap.
