This is my plan.
I’m going to be serving some baby backs at my mom’s house for her B-day.
I’m putting them on now @ 11:30 am. (at mt house)
They will be on about 2 hours.
Then foiled about 1 hour in the oven. (since no more smoke will getting at them in the foil)
Once I take them out of the oven they are going in a cooler.
Later at my mom’s house, I’m gonna finish them on the grill with the other stuff, like: chicken, burgers, dogs, and maybe grilled veggies.
Here’s my question.
How long can the BBs stay safely in the cooler with out them getting mushy, or just from a food safety perspective?
