I'll never grill another thick steak again! :becky:

After some Brethren tips on timing, I tried a reverse sear on some ribeyes this evening. It was the first of many, many happy days to come. About 45 minuted in the platypus at 225 degrees and then a quick 2 minute per side sear and I was in heaven! :whoo:
